Valentines Day Chocolates

(Raw, Vegan & Paleo)
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 TBS MELTED CACAO BUTTER
  • 6 TBS CACAO POWER
  • 1/2 TSP SPIRULINA ( MY FAVORITE BLUE GREEN ALGAE ) MORE INFO BELOW
  • 1 TSP RAW AGAVE – OR LIQUID SWEETENER OF CHOICE SUCH AS COCONUT NECTAR, YACON SYRUP OR RAW HONEY
INSTRUCTIONS
1) PLACE CACAO BUTTER INTO A STAINLESS STEEL BOWL OVER A POT OF SIMMERING WATER AND LET JUST MELT.
2) REMOVE FROM THE HEAT.
3) ADD TO THE TWO TABLESPOON OF MELTED CACAO BUTTER, SIX TABLESPOONS OF RAW CACAO POWDER. WHISK UNTIL WELL COMBINED
4) ADD IN HALF A TEASPOON OF SPIRULINA AND ONE TEASPOON OF AGAVE. WHISK AGAIN.
5) POUR INTO YOUR MOLD OF CHOICE AND PLACE IN THE FREEZER FOR ABOUT FIFTEEN MINUTES. VOILA!*NO JOKE THIS RECIPE DOES MAKE 4 LITTLE HEARTS, SO IF YOU WANT MORE TO GIVE AS A GIFT OR WHAT NOT, DOUBLE OR TRIPLE THE RECIPE. THIS IS ALSO FOR A DARK CHOCOLATE LOVER, THEY DO TASTE A LITTLE BITTER.
