4 Ingredient Perfect Pancakes

(Gluten Free! Paleo and EASY!)

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Bananas
  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter (or any nut butter)
  • 2 tsp. Cinnamon
Topping
  • Fresh fruit of choice; Strawberries, blueberries and raspberries are the best!
  • 2 to 3 tbs. raw honey or coconut nectar
Instructions
  1. Combined all your ingredients together in a blender or food processor or just smash the shit out of it in a bowl.
  2. Heat up a skillet with coconut oil or coconut butter till pan is hot.
  3. Lower heat and put batter on in 3-4 inch pancakes
  4. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side. FLIP!
  5. While pancakes are cooking, take berries and honey and combine onto a small pan and cook together on medium heat till warm and sauce like.
  6. Top pancakes with fruit compote.
  7. Enjoy!
